Keep up with the beat
The rhythm of our moving feet.
The beat, drum drum, of our discordant hearts.
Battle and bloodlust is in our eyes.

It’s raining, outdoors, and I wipe rain (or sweat or blood) from my eyes
And adjust the cold metal of a gun in my hands.
My fingers are numb, and shivers quake down my spine.
I think I’ve been hit, but I can’t feel it and I don’t look.
Half my unit is gone,
More are falling to an onslaught of hot metal.
Something went wrong,
And no one knows exactly what or how.

For my art class. I had much fun. ^^

The only rule was that it had to be in black and white. And my teacher actually got sick of me doing wolves and fellhounds and whatnot, so now my goal is to bombard him with dragons until he gets sick of those. Then maybe I'll move on to birds of sorts. XD

I wasn't entirely sure what I was doing--I've never done an aerial view on dragons and I sort of suck at them in the first place. But I guess it turned out okay, I like the wings.

I really like this drawing! It is awesome! I have been looking everywhere for a dragon design that I like, because I am wanting a dragon tattoo, but I was looking for a very specific dragon that spoke to me, and this one really caught my attention. I was wondering if you would grant me permission to slightly alter and possibly use your design as a tattoo. I would post a copy on here and give you credit for the original design.
